* Apology and forgiveness of victims G 30 S PKI violated TAP MPR and the law, the president deserves to be impeached*

* That * the Indonesian Communist Party with the platform of Communism (the teachings and ideology of socialism, Marxism, Leninism) which does not recognize the existence of God Almighty, has been very clear and unequivocal contrary to the basis of Pancasila and the Constitution of the Indonesian constitution in 1945 and the ideals of the founding father. The first precept States the Supreme Godhead and the second precept of a just and civilized humanity, while at the opening of the Indonesian constitution in 1945 which is the Staatsfundamentalnorm (State Fundamental norm) states *that the nature of the independence of the Indonesian state is Destiny, Will, Grace, and at the same time the mandate of God Almighty that must be maintained and maintained.*

* That, * President Joko Widodo has issued * Presidential Decree No. 17 of 2022 on the Non-judicial resolution team of past gross human rights violations* on the grounds of the realization of victims ' rights, such as the right to know the truth, the right to justice, the right to redress, and the right to satisfaction. Whatever the reason for the issuance of the Presidential Decree contains a hidden political mystery that must be aware of and is very likely to be a shortcut to forgiveness (rehabilitation) against serious human rights violations political agenda/evil deeds treason G30S-PKI in 1965. 

* That, * the digital track record of the behavior of children of PKI descendants has long been trying to revive, this is based on indications of Neo communism still doing activities. The phenomenon of the VII PKI Congress in South Blitar 1967, VIII Congress in 2000 in Sukabumi South West Java, IX Congress in 2005 in Cianjur South West Java. The X Congress, 2010 in Magelang, Central Java and the XI Congress in Banyumas, Central Java 2015.

*That,* Presidential Decree No. 17 of 2022 is suspected of being the entrance for the government to apologize to the PKI and the state will provide compensation to PKI followers and accomplices who are considered victims of human rights violations, is very hurtful and insulting to the feelings of the Indonesian people, especially the TNI and Muslims who feel the ferocity of the PKI's betrayal, as clearly stated in the MPRS decree (TAP) number XXV/MPRS/1966 which declares the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI) as a prohibited party, including the Prohibition of any activities to spread or develop ideologies or teachings communism, Marxism, and Leninism must be maintained and implemented.

* That * after 55 years have passed, all their rights as PKI children and grandchildren have been restored naturally and normally without any restrictions. The fact is that they as citizens have been able to work in all fields, education, health, politics, economy, government and even Defense.

* In consideration of the above study, we Coalition action to save Indonesia (KAMI) across the province firmly that :*

*1.* The Indonesian people, especially the TNI and religious people, must be wary of the rise of Neo-Communism under the guise of upholding human rights, because it is clear that the PKI has tarnished Indonesian history by committing many times of rebellion and betrayal. They are not victims but perpetrators of serious human rights crimes. Jokowi's government is very naive if it denies history for the betrayal of the PKI and its followers.

*2.* Denounce and reject government action through Presidential Decree 17 of 2022 if it apologizes and compensates compensation to PKI followers or families, because it is an activity that violates Pancasila and the Constitution (TAP MPR and the 1945 Indonesian constitution).

*3.* If the Indonesian government in this case Joko Widodo as president continues to do so, the action clearly and firmly violates the Constitution, for that it is appropriate to be impeached. 

*4.* Ask and urge all Indonesian citizens, especially law enforcement officers to always be vigilant and act decisively against the emergence of latent dangers of the PKI and any attempt to revive the teachings of communism, Marxism and Lenisnism in the territory of the unitary republic of Indonesia.
